Now I am making sure that it binds evenly. If it does not, I undo the bind and try again. This doesn't happen often. I just pull hard on it to find the center and coax it to go where I want it to with the pulling and slow spinning motion. The spinning is to get it started. The object is to have enough spin that it holds together very tight. If it's loose, try again. It wont hold up.
