While I try to focus more on my massage work now, I still love making jewelry for people that share my passion for animals. :3
Really, it's an honor when someone commissions me because they love wolves so much! I get giddy when people ask me if I could teach them how to make their own from their pet's shed hair too. The answer is always "YES!". But just be prepared for me to start spewing my knowledge on it to you! X3

A frequently asked question I get from interested people is, "Is it itchy?". No, it's very soft and the guard hairs (or all the frizzy bits) break off in a week or two worth of wear. The picture of the first candy cane weave on the left is what it looks like after those have all broken off.

I should also add that it's hypoallergenic so if you are allergic to dander, you need not worry. I wash all my shed fur with shampoo and conditioner so there is no dander left in the finished product.

As many of you already know, I'm adamantly against taxidermy and very vocal about this. So please note that the tooth in the snow leopard necklace pendant was a baby tooth that fell out when the parent teeth were coming in. Even then, I don't really like working with such things because I don't want to give the wrong impression or for my work to be misinterpreted. That tooth was provided by the man who works with wild cats at a zoo and who also gave me all the snow leopard hair I have. He has a personal relationship with her and I know he would not let anyone get the wrong idea either. All of my wares come with no harm done or any misfortune to the animals we love or I refuse to work with it or support it. Call me idealistic, but this is extremely important to me. After all, ideals are what shape societies. Lets just hope they are good ones that support unity in all things. ;3
